Where does SuperheroWatches.com ship to?
We ship to the US, Canada, and select European and Asian countries. We also ship to select areas in Australia, New Zealand, South America, and certain Island Countries. Our store is set-up to offer the available shipping options and speeds during checkout and after you provide your ship-to address.
Do shipping options and transit times vary by location?
Yes, to meet the shipping transit times of where your order is going, our manifesting system is powered by Brainiac 5 logic that determines the most effective and efficient shipping service. Please see below for transit times by shipping service and speed.

APO/FPO Addresses
Here at SuperheroWatches.com we love and support real-life heroes who serve in the military. Orders to APO or FPO addresses will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Please note that Priority and Express shipping options are not available though as Priority Mail is the best way to ship to a military address. Also please note that delivery times for APO & FPO shipments may vary.
PO Box Addresses
We accept orders to PO boxes and will ship using the shipping speed that matches the service you select at check-out.
When will my order ship?
We aim to ship your order at Flash-like-speed (or 1-2 business days from the time we receive your order). We offer a number of shipping methods to match your location and how fast you need/want your order to arrive. At checkout, you can select your shipping method and your shipping cost will be visible during check-out. Please note that for certain order we may require signature at the time of delivery.
You will have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Priority or Express service – if your location supports these services). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method to Priority or Overnight, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 11:00 a.m. EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
During the Peak Holiday season we ship out multiple times every day to make sure your order gets to you in time. If your order has to get to you by a certain date to meet an Anniversary, Birthday, etc., please email us at customerservice@superherowatches.com and we will work with you towards making sure that you get your order in time (by shipping out on the same day or by using a faster shipping service). Please note that Priority and Express shipping methods are offered as a premium service and costs more.
For international orders, could I pay using my local currency?
SuperheroWatches.com shows prices and shipping costs in your local currency by selecting your currency from our home page prior to shopping (brought to you using Brainiac 5 logic). This allows our customers to shop our store in the currency of your choice. However, please note that we process payments in US dollars. Please keep that in mind as some international credit card companies might charge foreign transaction fees. Lastly, please note that shipping charges are just that and excludes any duties and taxes that your country might require from you.
Do you sell to wholesalers?

Do you accept ideas for new products?
If there is a superhero that we do not have a watch for, or if you have an idea for a new product, please feel free to email us at customerservice@superherowatches.com. We aim to cover all superheroes on our site and we are working on expanding our Superhero Watches to cover the multiverse. We do not pay for any ideas though on new products and becomes our intellectual property. We might send you something to say “thank you” especially if it is a really cool idea.
Do you re-stock items that are showing out of stock?
If the item is not a limited edition item, just email us and we can work towards replenishing these.
My watch broke after the returns period but still within the warranty period, should I send the watch back to you or the manufacturer for repairs?
Most watches ship out with a warranty note from the manufacturer and it also provides information on how to have a watch repaired. We recommend following the manufacturer’s instructions regarding repairs, as they have access to the right people to fix the watch and any parts that are needed.
Could I request for additional watch links if the watch does not fit?
We carry additional links on some of the watches that we offer, but not all. Please email customer service with your order number and watch model number for us to check our link supplies to see what we can do. Please note that there might be a charge for this to cover the links and shipping to you.

After your payment is verified, it takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order from our Fortress of Fulfillment (a.k.a. our warehouse). This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 2 pm EST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 2 pm EST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to Canada, and select European and Asian countries. We also ship to select areas in Australia, New Zealand, South America, and certain Island Countries. Our store is set-up to offer the available shipping options and speeds during checkout and after you provide your ship-to address.
Depending on your location, you will receive your order anywhere from 14-30 business days from the date your order is shipped out. After your payment is verified, it takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order from our Fortress of Fulfillment (a.k.a. our warehouse). This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 2 pm EST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 2 pm EST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. CUSTOMS, TAXES, DUTIES AND FEES
Standard International orders are sent by the USPS and are eventually placed into your country's local postal stream. All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. There is a slight chance that you will not get charged VAT or duties, however if you do get charged, we cannot be responsible for these fees in any way, as we do not receive any of this money. The funds go exclusively to your own government. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties.
AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, SOUTH AMERICA, ISLAND COUNTRIES
If you chose Standard shipping and are from any of these countries, please don't be alarmed if your package takes longer than 20 days to arrive. Please note that USPS gives rough estimates for delivery times, but adding customs delays and other unexpected events can increase the shipping time. If you need the watch for a certain occasion, we suggest you choose express shipping to ensure that your package arrives in a timely manner.
SOME ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED WITH DHL OR UPS EVEN IF YOU CHOOSE STANDARD SHIPPING
Depending on tracking availability and whether your country works with the USPS, we may ship your order by DHL/UPS by default (even if you choose Standard shipping). Any country except the following may receive DHL/UPS shipping by default: Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.
USA AND CANADA RETURN POLICY
We will gladly accept any return for domestic and Canadian orders within 45 days from your order date. As we only sell first quality items on our site and to help with this goal, we only accept returns on any brand new, mint, and unworn merchandise.
Any worn and used product cannot be returned and if returned will be refused and could be sent back to the buyer, or donated to a local charity, or disposed (at our discretion). We reserve the right to make this decision if worn/used product is returned as it does not make sense to return a return to a customer and incur additional shipping costs. We will only refund the cost of the item that is being returned or exchanged; any shipping fees from the original purchase will not be refunded.
We offer free and easy returns for all of our domestic customers for orders over $50.00. Please contact us at returns@superherowatches.com to start the return process and receive a prepaid return label (for US orders). Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. Canadian customers will have to pay for any return shipping costs and we do not handle refund any taxes that you paid to the Canadian government.
IMPORTANT TIPS
To ensure a smooth return process, please inspect the item as soon as it arrives. Make sure the item is in new condition and working properly before wearing it or removing any tags or factory tape.
If the item is not working properly then it must be repackaged immediately in order to be eligible for a return. Once it is used, worn or sized, or the tags/factory tape has been removed, we will not accept the returned item
In short, SuperheroWatches.com cannot replace or refund an item when:
- The item has been used or worn
- The tags/factory tape has been removed
- The product has been sized.
2 SIMPLE STEPS
STEP 1 Request your Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing us at returns@superherowatches.com. Please provide your order number and product name of what is being returned. We will then email you back a prepaid return shipping label.
STEP 2 Return your unused item, including all materials such as original paperwork and free gifts, using the provided return shipping label.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
Please note that any orders shipped to any address outside the United States and Canada are considered final sale and cannot be returned. This is due to international shipping costs and import taxes.
